Our Oolong tea is grown in the highlands of Thailand where the high quality water and rich soil produces high quality teas. We use top leaf Class A or 1st Grade tea which have a thinner more delicate leaf. Our leaves come from new growth and from the highest parts of the plantation. This makes our Oolong among the finest in the world. Our Oolong is a nearly green, mid-range fermented Oolong Tea. Also called Jin Shien or Golden Aroma Tea. This Oolong is 30 to 40% oxidized.

Compare our Oolong to the 1st grade Oolong at most other tea suppliers and you'll see we offer ours at a fraction of the cost for comparable tea. Don't make the mistake of comparing our Oolong to lower grade or mass market Oolong teas. There is a world of difference. Ours has a floral bouquet and beautiful golden color in your cup. The taste is complex and fruity with an aftertaste that lingers wonderfully in your mouth.
